Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Vueset palettes are designed to be exceptionally lightweight and compact, making them economical to ship both domestically and internationally.

Because the majority of shipping costs are associated with the first palette, adding additional palettes to your order often increases shipping costs only marginally. Purchasing multiple palettes together provides the best overall shipping value.

International Shipping

Vueset ships worldwide through Shopify Markets and DHL.

Where available, duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout for your convenience. If duties are prepaid during checkout, there will be no additional customs charges due upon delivery.

For DHL eCommerce Parcel International Direct, prepaid duties (DDP) are supported in 37 major e-commerce markets, including:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • All European Union member countries
  • Hong Kong
  • Israel
  • New Zealand
  • Singapore
  • South Korea
  • United Kingdom

For destinations where prepaid duties and taxes are not available, the recipient may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier charges required by the destination country.

Vueset does not control these charges and cannot estimate their amount. Please contact your local customs office for additional information.

If duties or taxes are refused at delivery, the package may be abandoned, destroyed, or returned to us. In these situations, we are unable to issue refunds or replacement shipments.

Returns

Any unopened and unused palettes may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at support@vueset.com before shipping your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must receive prior return authorization before being sent back.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking link will be included in your shipment confirmation email.
