This company is a fraud! After purchasing two palettes and having them misplaced in the mail, I contacted the company to tell them I never received my package. Maria, assistant to the owner who was also cc’d on an email, told me the company would not refund my money nor replace the package as it was marked delivered. She then told me best of luck in finding my package. Vueset has TERRIBLE customer service and I have reported them to the BBB for refusing to refund my money. Be careful spending your money with this fraudulent company!!!!

We now work with a package protection service (ROUTE), to avoid this exact problem in the future! (in the event package is marked as 'delivered' and you did not receive it).
