Any unopened and untouched palettes can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact support@vueset.com.

It is the customer's responsibility to ship the merchandise back, securing first a return authorization.

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we want to inform you about our Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping policy, which means that you will not have to pay any additional duties or taxes upon the arrival of your parcel.

This shipping method means that we, as the seller, take responsibility for the transportation of your order to your chosen destination in the EU or the UK. Import duties, taxes, and fees are included in the purchase price, so there will be no additional costs upon the arrival of your parcel.

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: At Vueset, we believe in transparent pricing. When you shop with us and choose DDP shipping for delivery to the EU or the UK, the total order cost you see at checkout includes the product price, shipping charges, and all relevant import duties, taxes, and fees.

  • Seamless Experience: Our DDP shipping service ensures that your parcel clears customs smoothly. You don't need to worry about handling customs paperwork or making additional payments upon delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

Rest of World (non EU and UK countries):


Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States (not including UK and EU) will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. Vueset has no control over such charges and cannot estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information. 

If you decline to pay these duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of your order, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the United States (at an extremely high cost charged to Vueset). Under these circumstances, we, unfortunately, cannot consider requests for refunds or replacement shipments.
